Hi @Else_Haslestad cc: @fga I would like to clarify the way your company are using “Owner’s equip. ID”: It seems like this field is marked as the same for multiple equipments? Besides that, I just want to share with you the reason why we haven’t supported this field yet (in Edit All): “Owner’s equip. ID” is expected to input unique value (like Serial no.), so the edit all is not included this field 😉 ---

Hi @phuc.nguyen , what @Else_Haslestad and her company is doing is that they are entering an employee name in the Owners Equip ID field. This is a way of creating an ownership of an equipment to a specific employee and it will then be easy to use the ID search field in equipment module to identify the all equipement “owned” by a specific employee. Lets then say that this equipment is supposed to transferred to a different employee, then Else has to manually change the name on every equipment individually. She is asking for the possibility to change multiple equipment IDs by using the Owners equip ID field. ---
