[FAQ] How to filter in equipment list view

There are two ways to filter in Equipment module:

  • Apply the same filters for all views.
  • Or set default filters for a specific custom view.

Filter for all views

  1. In Equipment module, go to Filter.
  2. Select options or enter values for the desired filters.
  3. If you need more filter criteria, click Select criteria.
  4. Click Add a field and select desired fields.
  5. Click Add an equipment property and select desired properties.
  6. Click Save.

Filter for a specific custom view

  1. Open a standard view.
  2. Select Create copy.
  3. Name the view.
  4. (Optional) Share the view with relevant users.
  5. Select Edit current view.
  6. Go to Filters and select desired criteria.
  7. Select default values for your filter criteria.
  8. Save and pin your view if you want to see it as default every time you go to Equipment module.
