Your Onix Account credentials also work for Onix Community. You don’t need a separate username or password - if you already use an Onix product, you can sign in right away. If you don’t have an Onix account yet, you’ll need to create one first.
Sign in to Onix Community
- On any page within Onix Community, select Log in on the top right corner.
- On the sign-in screen, enter your Onix account’s email address and password, or select Sign in with Microsoft.
Note
If this is your first time signing in, Onix Community automatically creates your Community account using your Onix Account credentials. You don’t need to register separately.
You can sign in again anytime by repeating these steps.
Create an Onix account if you don’t have one
If you don’t yet have an Onix account (used for products such as Onix Work, Onix Inspect, and Onix Express), create one first, then sign in to Onix Community.
- On any page within Onix Community, select Log in on the top right corner.
- On the sign-in screen, select Create an account.
- Enter your email address.
- Click Continue.
- Check your inbox for an email from Onix, including your spam or junk folder. Follow the instructions in the email to finish setting up your Onix account.
- After you’ve registered your credentials on Onix Account, sign in to Onix Community as described above.
