# Symptom

You receive the following message when logging in to:

- [Onix Work](https://prod.onix.com/)
- [Onix Worker](https://community.onix.com/t/download-and-install-onix-software/1037#p-1808-onix-worker-10)
- [Onix Inspect](https://community.onix.com/t/download-and-install-onix-software/1037#p-1808-onix-inspect-6)
- [Onix Pick and Pack](https://community.onix.com/t/download-and-install-onix-software/1037#p-1808-onix-pick-and-pack-15)
- [Onix Maker](https://maker.onix.com/)

# Resolution

This error message is related to how your user privileges are configured in _Onix Work Settings \> Users & Roles_.

Contact the Administrator users of your account to check if either of the below root causes matches your case.

## Onix Worker user license assigned

If you’re currently assigned an **Onix Worker user** license, this only allows access to the Onix Worker mobile application.

➡ Solution:

- Need read-only access to Onix Work? Ask your company administrator to assign you a **Stakeholder** license. However, it doesn’t allow you to access Onix Worker, Onix Inspect and Onix Pick and Pack.
- Need access to Onix Worker on your PC? For the time being, we only develop mobile version for this app.

## No license assigned

You have been added as a user in your company’s Onix Work, but no license assigned.

➡ Solution: Ask your company administrator to assign you a suitable license in _Onix Work Settings \> Users & Roles_.

## Your license or role excludes access to some Onix app

You have been assigned a role which excludes access to the Onix app you’re trying to access.

➡ Solution: Ask your company administrator to make sure both your license and role include access to the desired application. See below.
