Storage is the space that your company uses to keep documents and pictures in Onix.

# How storage is calculated

Your company’s storage volume includes:

- 10 GB of storage included with your company account
- 2 GB of extra storage for each Equipment Owner, Inspector, and Supplier license
- Any additional storage purchased by your company

The following files count toward your storage usage:

- Active documents and pictures created by your company
- Active documents created for equipment owned by your company

# Check your storage usage

Administrators can check storage usage in **Onix Admin \> Usage overview**.

The **Storage** chart shows your company’s storage volume, used storage, and available storage.

# Reduce storage usage

To reduce storage usage, reduce the file size of images that you upload to Onix.

This includes personal signatures, company logos, and equipment pictures.
