Orders module - Incorrect number-related data on forms

We have identified an issue where Onix system generates wrong number of equipment on forms instead of order line’s quantity.

Impacted apps: Onix Pick and Pack

Impacted forms: Form 4 (M)

How to reproduce the bug:

  1. Numbering via Onix Pick and Pack.
  2. Processing order/order line without making changes on other tabs of Orders module (Onix Work) like Details, Forms, Documents.

Workaround solution:

  1. For impacted order lines which have already been processed, open the order line in Onix Work.
  2. Recall the impacted equipment items. How to recall order line
  3. Click Save in Order line details.
  4. Process the order line again.

Our development team is actively investigating this issue. We will provide an update on the fix plan as soon as it is available.
