# Orders module - Incorrect number-related data on forms

We have identified an issue where Onix system generates wrong number of equipment on forms instead of order line’s quantity.

**Impacted apps:** Onix Pick and Pack

**Impacted forms:** Form 4 (M)

**How to reproduce the bug:**

1. Numbering via Onix Pick and Pack.
2. Processing order/order line without making changes on other tabs of Orders module (Onix Work) like Details, Forms, Documents.

**Workaround solution:**

1. For impacted order lines which have already been processed, open the order line in Onix Work.
2. **Recall** the impacted equipment items. [How to recall order line](https://community.onix.com/t/new-orders-module-adjust-order-information-after-processing-part-3-3/2380#p-4856-recall-orders-1)
3. Click **Save** in Order line details.
4. **Process** the order line again.
