# Worker, Tool Store - App crashes when scanning QR

We are aware of an issue causing Onix Worker and Onix Tool Store to crash when users scan QR codes using their phone’s camera.

**Affected applications:**

- Onix Worker
- Onix Tool Store

Our development team plans to deploy a fix on ~~**8 October 2026**~~ **14 Oct 2026**. We will update this topic once the fix is live or if the planned release date changes.

Please update the affected apps to the latest version from the Apple App Store to receive the fix. The fix only applies to the latest version, so you will still encounter this bug if you continue using an older version.
