Add option to indicate "Tested according to" to each checklist

I suggest adding a function to add the “Tested according to” option to each checklist.

I found that this can be configured in the categories section, but in our case the category contains products that are checked against different standards, and it is not possible to create separate document forms, since this is a large amount of unnecessary information.

For example, mechanical hoists and electric hoists are checked according to two different standards.

Hi @Dmitrijs_Asrijancs, are you finding ways to fill in the “Tested according to” faster and more accurately when you complete inspection jobs? Please correct me if I’m wrong.

If so, you might consider setting the default “Tested according to” on each product. After testing, I’ve found out that the job will get the product’s current “Tested according to” value, even when the inspected equipment was created when the product had no “Tested according to” value.

This is how I tested, all in Onix Work:

  • I set “NS 131” as the default “Tested according to” on the GX control category.
  • I choose a GX product (which was created a long time ago) and set “NS 132” as the product’s tested according to.
  • I choose an equipment linked to that GX product, then I created a new job on it.

Result: The job is tested according to “NS 132”, which belongs to the product instead of the control category.

Yes, I tried to do it that way. But it is not quite suitable, since the person who checks the equipment does not know the specific standard by heart, the search takes some time. It is much easier to make an option in which you can specify the standard in a specific checklist, so that when creating a new task, the line is filled in automatically.

I hope you get my point.

Hi @Dmitrijs_Asrijancs

I believe the suggestion from @phuong.duong is the solution to your problem. By setting a default “Tested according to” on the product, the “Tested according to” is automatically added correctly everytime, without the inspectors having to select one.

I will drop this product idea, but feel free to reply to this message if you want to add more information.
