When creating custom properties it is possible to preset fixed options for users to choose from when completing the properties for a specific equipment item. However, the choices are displayed in the order they are created, it is not possible to change the order once the choices are added. It would be a nice improvement if it was possible for an administrator to choose the order of the choices (same way the order of fields and properties can be edited in Table layout when editing an equipment view).

In the upcoming release, we will work on improving the current functionality around properties, and this could be a good candidate to consider.
I’ll get back to you when we have more clarity about the direction.
