Is it possible to export jobs not with excel? How can we download checklists that are completed and filed?

See below some options that might work for you.
Service Report (PDF) for preventive maintenance job
As long as Service Report has already been activated in your Forms settings, Service Report containing checklist (PDF) will be automatically generated whenever you file a preventive maintenance job. Click the embeded link URL to see if the report content suits you.
Export job report/year report
We also offer capabilities for generating job reports and year reports for filed jobs. Get some sample reports to see if that’s what you’re looking for. Check out instructions: Generate job reports in the Jobs module.
Export checklist to Excel, then print to PDF
You can export checklists for open jobs in Excel format.
Then manually convert it into PDF as your wish. Here’s how:
- Open the exported Excel file.
- Go to File.
- Click Print.
- Select Microsoft Print to PDF.
- Click the Print button.
If the job has already been filed, Export checklist funtionality will be disabled. In that case, click Create copy to create an open job to be able to export checklists.
