Step 1: Connect the scanner to your device

Start by physically connecting your scanner to your device. This can be done over Bluetooth, USB, or another compatible method.

Step 2: Configure the scanner in Onix Pick and Pack

Once your scanner is connected:

  1. Open the app menu.
  2. Go to Settings > Scanner configuration.
  3. Select your scanner from the list.

Note: If your scanner runs in HID mode, it will not show up in the list, but it will still function correctly when you scan.

Step 3: Test your scanner

Before picking any orders, always verify that your scanner is functioning correctly:

  1. Open the app menu.
  2. Go to Settings > Test scanner.
  3. Scan a few tags.
  4. Confirm that the scanned data appears on screen as expected.
