Suppose you want to collect all documents from your Supplier A, you must select the necessary equipment and download their documents by using:
- Reports - Document list: Suitable for printing purposes, as all documents will be compiled into a single file.
- Send a link of documents to yourself via email: Suitable for viewing documents separately.
How to perform Option 2
1. Find equipment supplied by a specific company
- In the equipment module, choose the My company view to work on equipment that your company owns.
- In the filter panel, choose Supplier A in the Supplier criterion —> press Apply . If you haven’t got Supplier in the filter criteria, here’s how to add it:
- Click on Select criteria —> Add a display field —> Choose Supplier —> Press OK .
- In the same way, you can add any other necessary display fields or equipment properties.
- After applying the filter, you’ll get a list of equipment sold to you by Supplier A.
2. Get the link to download document via email
- Click on the first empty circle on the header to select all results —> Double-check the selection number on the toolbar.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Only the first 100 items are displayed and selected. You MUST scroll down to display the full equipment list first, then you can click on the circle to select all items.
- On the toolbar, choose Documents to open a list of all equipment’s documents.
- Click on the circle button to select all files

- Click on Send on the toolbar.
- In the list of recipient, choose (Logged on user) —> Add —> Edit the email subject and body if necessary —> Send .
- An email which contains a link to download all selected document will be sent to you within a few minutes.
