I am planning on doing a large Equipment editing project, and in this regard i would like to get clarification on the following:

If i export a Excel list of a certain number og items, do my editing within the Excel sheet, and then import the Excel sheet back into Onix, will the listings within the Excel sheet be overwriting the listings in Onix? or create copies/duplicates? and if it overwrites them, what equipment detail is used for referencing the two? “Equipment ID” ?

This will not work because the only reference now is the ImportID to identify which are the duplicates and overwrite them.

ImportID can only be defined when you import the equipment to Onix Work by yourself. So when you export your list to Excel, there is no ImportID.
