When I generate a work report, it is always sent to me, even if I have removed myself from the “recipients” list. Would it be possible to stop sending this email?
Hi @Montse.roviralta, it’s true that today the report sender (you, in this case), will be copied in the email. This is to keep you informed of the sent document, and you can verify or double-check at will.
Is there any specific reason that you’d like to be removed from the recipient list?
We have some boss licenses that are managed by administrative people, and it is not necessary to always bother them when we make a report, only when we really want to introduce them as “recipients.”
