The recent release saw a new feature that allows a service report to be created and saved from a PM checklist. For our internal workers, this functions well and we can see the service reports that result from the completion of the PM checklist. However, if a 3rd party company performs a PM job on our gear, we cannot see the service report. This seems a bit odd - despite both the Owner and the Contractor being in the Onix Universe, the Owner is unable to see a service report for their own gear, and the Contractor is creating a service report that the Owner cannot see. The only way around this would be for the Contractor to download the report and then upload again, or email to the Owner - which defeats the point of both companies being in the Onix universe.
Suggestion is that you make it possible for the Contractor and the Owner to both view a service report created by a Contractor.
Hi @richard.stannard, after a quick check, it seems that the Contractor companies haven’t activated the Service report form in their Onix Work account yet. That explains why only the jobs done by your users have the Service report generated, while other jobs don’t.
To get the Service report for all preventive maintenance jobs in the future, please ask your Contractors to activate the form in Onix Work - Settings beforehand.

That is good to hear. I had asked Stephan to check this and he spoke with product support and came back with the message that it was not possible to do this.
Seemed very odd to me, which is why I posted in Community.
Great new if I was informed incorrectly. I will ask our vendors to enable the feature and let you know if we have any further problems.
Hi Richard, I think there was a miscommunication since the “Job report” (a document summarizing all jobs done within a time period) has a very close name to the “Service report” (a document generated from every PM job)
