Would’nt it be nice to be able to get a copy of the QR-tag as a PDF file? This way we could easily add the file as an attachement to other people and systems thast need the realeted information, but is not in place to scan th QR tag on the equipement themselfe.

Hi @andre.waldorff, today in Onix Work - Equipment module, there’re 2 functionalities that might have solved your sharing need. You could take a quick look at them below.
Please let me know if you want more information about them, or if they haven’t fulfilled your needs in anyway 
- You can generate the QR codes for several selected equipment, and then save those codes in a PDF file. Of course, these QR codes won’t look exactly the same as the physical tags that are attached on your equipment in real life.

- Alternatively, if the other people or system also use Onix Work, you can send them a link to the specific equipment. The Copy link button is placed within each equipment:
