Reduce unnecessary alerts

In the settings for Companies you can set alerts to owner of equipment due for inspection. This alert can be set be sent monthly or weekly a number of days before due date of inspection.

If there aren’t any equipment due for inspection at the set date for alert the system still generates an email alert to notify the owner that there are 0 equipment due for inspection.

This notification seems a bit unnecessary and creates unnecessary communication from Onix.

Could there be a setting/filter to make sure the notification is sent only when there is an equipment within the time range defined?

Thank you for the suggestion!
A new way of setting up notifications and handling them, are already on the roadmap for a future release.

Will let you know when we decide on which release to include it in!
