Automatically create customer company and contact for orders

When transferring an order, if the customer company or contact does not already exist in Onix Work, they are created automatically and used for the order. The newly created non-member company and contact are linked to the ERP via the new IDs, ensuring future orders match them correctly.

New optional fields are added to the request schema (max length 50 characters):

  • erpCustomerContactEmail
  • erpCustomerContactFirstName
  • erpCustomerContactLastName
  • autoCreateCustomer (boolean)

  • POST /v1/orders/transfer-order
