When processing orders, I often find it necessary to write a quick note (i.e. “waiting for correction on serial numbers from pick&pack user”, or “waiting for documents from supplier”). Is there any chance of adding a quick note possibility attached to the order? It would have been really helpful for us.

I’m wondering: Is there any existing field of an order that you’re using to write these quick notes?
Or do you prefer a brand new field for taking those notes?

Thank you for the suggestion. We’re moving this product idea to the “To Be Considered” stage. As part of this process, we’ll continue working on a better solution for internal communication within Onix Work before scheduling it for a specific release.

I’m happy to share that we’re implementing the ability to add a quick message or instruction on orders and order lines in the Summer 2025 release.
However, we still lack a visual indicator on the order tile to show when a message is present. We hope to include that feature in the next release. For now, we’re keeping this product idea in the “To be considered” stage.
After discussing with the customer, it seems that they are happy with this functionality the way it is today, and do not require a visual indicator for the internal message on orders. I’m setting this product idea to Implemented.
