It would be great to have the “Report” function in the Product Module , and the Checklist Module, similar to the function in the Equipment module. This would allow the list of Products and list of Checklists to be exported to xls. This will assist us to prevent duplicate Products, spot missing Products and Checklists, and check consistency in naming of Products and Checklists.
Thanks for a great idea. Adding a report function to the product and checklist modules makes a lot of sense. We’ll move this to the “To be considered” stage so we can prioritize it in future releases. Appreciate the input!

Regarding checklists, is it sufficient to extract only the checklist names, or do you also need to extract the individual checkpoints within each checklist? If it’s the latter, could you please elaborate on the use case and why this information is needed?
Hi Michael - just the names really, so we can have a quick check if we have any missing checklists topics or prevent creation of duplicates.
Thanks for your reply and feedback. We are currently adding a reporting function to the Products module as part of the Summer 2026 release, which will allow you to export data to Excel, similar to the functionality available in the Equipment module.
The remaining step is to add the same functionality for Checklists, which is planned for a future release. For now, I will keep this product idea open.
