Is it possible to get more status categories for the inspections in quick check. Right now we have only 3 choices
NC – Not approved
M – Missing / not present
OK – Approved
Sometimes the items we are chcecking is in a good stand and could be approved but it is missing for example ID or load label or other small detail that do not directly affect the safety. Because of this many of our items were scraped during the inspection, even though they were actually in god condition and could been approved.
In Onix Work, Quick Inspection is intentionally designed to stay simple and fast. It’s meant for a rapid status check with minimal friction, not a detailed assessment - Which is why we do not intend to add more statuses to this report.
That being said, I can inform you that you do have the option to add a comment to each status in quick inspection, even when the status is OK. So in your case, I would recommend to set the status to OK, and simply add a comment.
As we do not intend to implement more statuses, I will set this product idea to dropped, but please reply to this message if you need more help on this point.
