Hi @Isaac_Forcano, it’s been confirmed that the job status’'s difference between Onix Work and Onix Inspect is a bug. Therefore, please let me move it to Known issues > Open.
Your other suggestions are moved to other product ideas to ensure they receive the right amount of attention You’ll be notified of my replies under each of them, so you can keep track of them in the future.
It’s nice to know we have your team’s backing us up!
We look forward to your reply advising all is ok! But at least I know how to work around it for the immediate future.
Hi @Isaac_Forcano, as a workaround, you should turn on the “Automatically file job after upload”, and complete all job details before uploading. This way, quick inspections will not be open in Onix Work, and you won’t have to adjust their status.
Tip: Set up the default configuration to complete jobs inside Onix Inspect faster
I just checked today that the task I made the other day after the “failed” attempt of Quick Inspecting many items in a row, and syncinc WITHOUT Filing the jobs, not only loaded the job onto ONIXWORK without the status updated, but also without Responsible nominated.
In order to File a Job, both the “Status” (Inspected) and also the “Responsible” need to be registered (not blank or with ? “Questionmark”) or else the job can’t be Filed.
Please check whether this “bug” you mentioned in a previous message in this Thread could also have extended to the “Responsible”.
If one could include in the “Mass Edit Option” the Responsible, it could be “solve-able” from onix work massively, for many jobs at once, but now I have to go again one by one.
Upon checking, your company set Default responsible to “(None)” for Quick Inspection (M), making this field always empty in Quick inspection jobs.
I would suggest setting it to “Logged in user” instead so that it is always auto-populated with the name of the user who creates quick inspections. Please follow my instructions below:
Please log in to Onix Work and navigate to Settings.
Go to Forms under Connected content.
Open Quick Inspection (M).
In Default tab, please click on the drop-down menu of Default responsible and select “Logged in user”.
Hit Save.
This change will be applicable to all Quick inspection jobs created from this moment onwards.
