Is there a way to anonymize the inspector’s name and use only a unique inspector number for traceability?
Currently, on the forms and in the inspection overview for items in Onix, we can only see the inspector’s name. We would like to protect the privacy of our inspectors by displaying only their unique inspector number on the forms and throughout the Onix Inspect environment.
Within our own company, we would still like to be able to see the inspector’s name and link the inspector number to the corresponding person. However, when information is shared with other companies or viewed by users outside our own organization, we do not want the inspector’s name to be visible. In those cases, only the unique inspector number should be displayed.
This would allow us to maintain full traceability internally while protecting the personal information of our inspectors from being visible to external parties.
