A supplier want the ability to automatically hide incoming certificates and declarations of conformity (DoCs) when reselling equipment through the order module.
Currently, all certificates and DoCs received from sub-suppliers and producers remain active on the equipment when it is resold to end customers. This results in duplication, as both the original incoming documents and the new documents generated through the order module are attached to the equipment.
To avoid this, suppliers need a simple and automated way to exclude incoming certificates and DoCs when reselling equipment through the order module.
