Control documentation: Include solution of NC

Hi,

If during an inspection with ONIX INSPECT, we place a non-conformity (NC) at a checkpoint and we mark it as “solved” and we writte the solution:

At the inspection report, it is specified that the NC is “solved” and the comment of the solution is included in the section: issues (hallazgos in spanish):

But at the “control documentation” is not specified the solution of the NC, there is only a green check:

Question: Is there any possibility to include the solution at the control documentation?

Thank you,
Best regards,
Montse

Hi @Montse.roviralta, I’ve checked internally and unfortunately, we cannot do it with today’s functionalities.
I’ve moved your question to Product ideas > New so our Product members can consider it as a suggestion for new functionality.

Hi @Montse.roviralta,

Thank you for sharing your product idea!

We’ve registered it in our internal system, and it will be considered for a future release. I’ll keep you updated on any progress.

The solution of solved issues is also hidden in the checklist.
Do you need the solution to be shown in the checklist too @Montse.roviralta?

See my test result below:
a. Checklist:

b. Control documentation:

Hello Phuong, yes I need the solution to be shown in the checklist too.

Additional question:

Whenever we asign an issue to be solved by Clients after an NC, and the clients solve the issue, there is not a document generated as a proof. Therefore the only document the client has regarding this item is the NC previously issued and he has no proof that the equipment can be used normally.

Example: We have a client that shares the last inspection’s results to his own clients as proof that the equipment is safe for being used. Right now our client has not a document to be shared as a proof of the NC being solved.

Is there a possibility to generate another control documentation after solving the issue, to be stored in documents folder, without modifying the date of the inspection?

Thank you for your help.
Best regards,
Montse
