Failed uploads due to timeout errors or weak connection in Onix Inspect

We’ve received reports from Onix Inspect customers regarding issues with uploading data.

In particular, you may encounter “Timeout” or similar messages which indicate problems with the network connection. Attempts to upload again are unsuccessful because the pending data becomes duplicated. This issue has been reported more frequently in the past few weeks.

Workaround

We’ve implemented a minor experience on 1.3.2024. If there’s a problem with uploading, you’ll get a message with clearer information to check your uploads, preventing any double-ups.
