If you do not receive the expected emails from Onix, please follow these steps to troubleshoot:
Check whether the email address used in Onix Work is correctly spelled
- Copy the email address used in Onix Work.
- Send a test email from your ordinary email system, such as Outlook or Gmail. In the Recipient field, paste the email address that you just copied from Onix Work.
- Check if the test email is received.
Check spam/junk folders
Check if the emails from Onix Work end up in any spam/junk folder in your email system.
Whitelist emails from onix.com:
You can check this with your company’s IT department.
We’d suggest that you forward this message to your IT department: “Please white list all emails from onix.com”.
