[FAQ] You do not receive email notifications from Onix

If you do not receive the expected emails from Onix, please follow these steps to troubleshoot:

Check whether the email address used in Onix Work is correctly spelled

  1. Copy the email address used in Onix Work.
  2. Send a test email from your ordinary email system, such as Outlook or Gmail. In the Recipient field, paste the email address that you just copied from Onix Work.
  3. Check if the test email is received.

Check spam/junk folders

Check if the emails from Onix Work end up in any spam/junk folder in your email system.

Whitelist emails from onix.com:

You can check this with your company’s IT department.
We’d suggest that you forward this message to your IT department: “Please white list all emails from onix.com”.
