[FAQ] Edit email address or other information of an Onix Work user account

  1. To edit a user’s email in Onix Work, you must be the company’s administrator.

  2. You can only edit a user’s non-personal information as listed below:

  • Email address and office phone number
  • Location, department, position, and place (on form)
  • Privileges section: Role, license, account status, and valid dates
  1. Other fields are personal information and can only be edited by the users themselves via Onix Account.

Here’s how to edit a user’s email:

  1. Go to Onix Work Settings.
  2. Select Users & Roles.
  3. Select the desired user.
  4. Change the user account status to “Contact only” .
  5. Click Save.

Part 1

  1. From the user list, open the user again. Now the email field has become editable.
  2. Update the desired information.
  3. Change the account status to “Active”.
  4. Click Save .
