This article shows you how to grant user access to different Onix apps or only add them as contacts to be used on forms, to be set as equipment contact/location contact, etc.
Who can add users on Onix Work?
Only existing Onix Work users with the following criteria can access Onix Work Settings to perform this action.

How-to guide
- Go to Onix Work Settings.
- Go to Users & Roles > Users tab.
- Click Invite users.
- Enter email address and click Add.
- Fill out first name, last name, type, role and license. Set Valid until if you want to limit user access to Onix apps for a certain time range.
- Click Invite.
Note: There are two user types to select:
- “Contact only” without access to Onix apps
- “User” with access to specific Onix apps
Use cases
Which apps users have access to and which actions they can take depend on the privileges. Privileges are the overlapping between role and license.
Example 1
- Role = Administrator: Allow access to Onix Work, Onix Worker, Onix Inspect, Onix Pick and Pack, Onix Maker.
- License = Supplier: Allow access to Onix Work, Onix Worker, Onix Inspect, Onix Pick and Pack, Onix Maker.
Privileges include access to Onix Work, Onix Worker, Onix Inspect, Onix Pick and Pack, Onix Maker:
Example 2
- Role = Administrator: Allow access to Onix Work, Onix Worker, Onix Inspect, Onix Pick and Pack, Onix Maker.
- License = Onix Pick and Pack user: Allow access to Onix Pick and Pack only.
