This error message is related to how your user privileges are configured in Onix Work Settings > Users & Roles.
Contact the Administrator users of your account to check if either of the below root causes matches your case.
Onix Worker user license
If you’re currently assigned an Onix Worker user license, this only allows access to the Onix Worker mobile application.
Solution:
- Need read-only access to Onix Work? Ask your company administrator to assign you a Stakeholder license. However, it doesn’t allow you to access Onix Worker, Onix Inspect and Onix Pick and Pack.
- Need access to Onix Worker on your PC? For the time being, we only develop mobile version for this app.
No license assigned
You have been added as a user in your company’s Onix Work, but no license assigned.
Solution: Ask your company administrator to assign you a suitable license in Onix Work Settings > Users & Roles.
Your license or role excludes access to some Onix app
You have been assigned a role which excludes access to the Onix app you’re trying to access.
Solution: Ask your company administrator to make sure both your license and role include access to the desired application. See below.
