Improve the user experience when uploading documents in the shared document library and to equipment

When uploading a new document into Shared Document Library or in the Order module, here are two improvement suggestions:

  1. Alphabetical Sorting:
    Organize the list of document types in alphabetical order to make it more user friendly.

  2. Expanded Dropdown Menu Options:

  • Add more predefined options in the dropdown menu (e.g., “Drawing”).
  • Introduce a customizable option where users can specify their own category. For example, users can be asked to specify in free text what that type of document it is when selecting “Other”
