How to help users to keep focus on what´s HOT.

Wouldn´t it be great to notify our app users about maintenance jobs over due, changes on equipment and other happenings connected to me as a user?

As of now there are predefined views and dashboards. BUT many of our current - and future users will never be aware on how to operate all the different options, because there are many “hidden” features in the app, and many operations demands many clicks to get to the end result.

What about notifying the user, just like this community is notifying me on changes connected to me as a user. A “Bell” with updates on the latest. This is a standard in apps we all use daily and I believe that in-app notifications would give more value to end user, being more aware on whats important on a daily basis.

Since your idea is focused on Onix Worker only, I’ll keep the 2 topics separate. But if you’d like to join your suggestion with the other longer topic, please let me know

Make the notification system better

Make it possible with push notifications for new issues generated by internal maintenance from checklists, and when generating a new issue. Also setting up “contact person” for receiving these notifications by control category. For example: Daily checklists on control category “BKK”. When an issue is generated from the checklist the contact person in the workshop should be able to receive notifications only related to the control category “BKK”.
