Job API extension

When we transfer equipment from our ERP to Onix we need to create an initial EKH certificate (could be any initial certificate) for the equipment. All information needed exists in the ERP. As for now we create a Job with necessary information, but we can’t add the form properties with an API. Also “done by” and “responsible” is not set on the Job even if we have set a default name on the form definition.

We would like to be able to add form property values with an API and also possibility to “file” the Job when all values are on the Job.

This would be a great feature and remove a lot of manual work for initial certificates that needs to be created.

After further review, we’ve decided to move this idea back to the ‘To be considered’ stage, as it will not be included in the Spring 2025 release. However, we still see the potential in this feature and will revisit it in upcoming planning sessions. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated on any developments.
