Dashboards in Onix Work help you and your team stay informed about your company’s performance by turning complex data into clear, interactive visuals. With customizable widgets and intuitive design, you can quickly spot trends, analyze equipment data, and make informed decisions.
View standard dashboards
Onix Work provides standard dashboards for multiple roles, namely “Equipment owner”, “Inspector”, “Supplier”, and “Worker”. Each dashboard comes ready to use with a predefined set of widgets tailored to its user role.
You can pin the dashboard most relevant to you to access it quickly.
Create and set up a custom dashboard
Create a dashboard
- In Onix Work, go to Dashboards.
- Select the current dashboard’s name > Create new dashboard.
- Enter the dashboard name > Save.
Add, edit and remove widgets
If you’re editing an existing custom dashboard, open it and select Edit to start adjusting widgets. Otherwise, if you’re setting up the first widget of the dashboard, select Add widget.
In editing mode, to add a new widget:
- Select a widget from the catalogue.
- Select Edit in the widget.
- Configure the widget and choose a suitable chart type.
- Select Save.
To remove a widget, select Delete on the widget while in editing mode.
When you’ve finished editing, select Done editing to save all changes to the dashboard.
Show a dashboard on Onix Worker
In a custom dashboard, select the Menu button on the toolbar > Show on Onix Worker. The dashboard then becomes available to all Onix Worker users in your company.
Note: A dashboard may have limited drill-down functionality in Onix Worker if any of its charts include equipment data from other companies.
Delete dashboard
In a custom dashboard, select the Menu button on the toolbar > Delete dashboard.
Drill down data
Drill down data to view the detailed list of items behind a chart.
In a dashboard, select any slice or column in a chart to open the related module with corresponding filters.
