Hi everyone,
Whilst using Onix Inspect, one of our customers encountered an error when taking pictures to attach to checkpoints.
Here’s how the issue occurs:
- Go to Onix Inspect > Equipment module.
- Create a job and open Checklist.
- Select a checkpoint.
- Scroll down to Picture section.
- Select +.
- Select Take photo.
- App screen goes blank and error pops up:
