Onix Inspection - Unable to download equipment due to failed connection

Summary

Some users have reported that they are unable to download equipment in Onix Inspection using mobile data. They are still able to log in to the app, select customer and press the download icon. After a while, an error message is shown saying that the connection is failed.

Reproduce

  1. Log in to Onix Inspection app using mobile data
  2. Select Customer
  3. Press the download icon
  4. After a while, you will see the error message “failed to connect to onixwork.com, port 443”

Onix Inspection on Android (1.30.9.0 ) today that fixes the issue when downloading or uploading data using 4G LTE. The app is available for update on Google Play Store.
