Some inspection reports can have a large file size, including photos etc. This forces customer (inspector) to have to compress all reports before sending them to the client. The distribution of documents is done through email, not through the Onix Work.
Are there any planes of building functionality when it comes to compressing files?

In Onix Work, files sent by email are sent as links to avoid this issue.
If they want to download the files and send them from personal email, the files are downloaded with true size as you mention. And we have no plans at this moment to compress files you download. I will therefore drop this product idea, but feel free to respond in this thread if you have more questions or comments.
