Processing orders take longer time than usual

Hello,
we had problems getting orders processed yesterday, it just goes on and on, nothing happens.
Now it has happened again. This must be fixed asap.

We’ve also received similar issue reports at the same time. Currently, our Technical team has been investigating and addressing this issue at high priority. We’ll keep you posted once the resolution and fix plan are confirmed.

In the meantime, we’d very much appreciate your understanding and patience.

This issue has been tackled in a hotfix on 20.12.2024 and informed via email to the affected users.
Therefore, the issue is considered as “fixed” and will be moved to the relevant category in Onix Community.
