Select hours due to Operator maintenance

Is it possible for the due date on equipment to be set to hours? When we have tested with Onix for use on digital check rounds in areas, it is difficult to relate to 2 equipment to get intervals on check rounds to 2 times a day.

Can it be added the possibility to select hours due to Operator maintenance. We have equipment to be checked every shift. This means that we must be able to submit a check twice a day.
We have solved it by loading the equipment twice, but marked with day shift and night shift. This presents a number of challenges in keeping track of what has been checked and what has not.

Please vote for this idea if you agree so that we can prioritize it.

This is a good product idea, but will not be prioritized in upcoming releases yet. We will keep this idea in mind and update its progress in new posts under this topic.

After many internal discussions, we’ve decided not to proceed with your idea this time. Interval based on hours is a rare case, and don’t see a need for this on a larger scale.
That being said, we will make the due-date color (yellow) dynamic in the upcoming release. Meaning it will adapt to the interval on the job. Example:

  • Interval is 7 days, then the indicator will turn yellow 1 day before due date
  • Interval is 30 days, then the indicator will turn yellow 7 days before due date

We truly appreciate your effort in suggesting and sharing personal insights. If there’s any additional information that could help us better understand your needs, please feel free to reply.
