Hi @Montse.roviralta, are you referring to the default responsible person in Onix Work - Settings - Forms?
If so, I assume your need is quite similar with this suggestion: Default responsible on forms . It’s currently at the To Be Considered stage, which means our Product Group members have noted it but haven’t decided on the release plan yet.
