We have companies that wants to be able to connect the same document to several equipment. One example is Glencore who wishes to keep a maintenance log with information that do not have a place in Onix. This could be operating hours for their cranes.
One way of solving this would be to add the maintenance log to shared library and then connect it to either a control category or be able to pick the equipment that should have access.

Based on your description, what’s missing is linking the document to control categories. Is that correct?

Just had a quick chat with Stephan, and we agree that what’s missing is the ability to link a shared document to multiple equipment at once, either by bulk editing the equipment or by linking the document to a control category.
