Register a single document in multiple document types

I would like to please consider letting users register a single document in multiple categories.

There are a lot of suppliers that have one document that contains both Instructions, and Declaration of Conformity within the same document.

  • This is the case for almost all fall protection gear, personal protection equipment, fire safety equipment, and work tools.

Same goes for documents that contain both a certificate and a Declaration of conformity within the same document.

  • This is the case for almost all fibre slings, chain slings, and wire ropes

And a major portion of Crane suppliers deliver a single document that contains Instructions, maintenance manual, parts catalogue, certificates, and declaration of conformity within a single document.

So please let us be able to tag a document into multiple categories.

Thank you for detailing out the need to tag multiple document types for one single document. After consideration, we’ve decided not to include it in the upcoming release yet. We’ve noted your idea down and will keep it in mind. For now, your idea is at the “To Be Considered” stage, so we can prioritize it in later releases.
