Create new contact in Onix Inspect

Hei. Ønsker at en kan gjøre endring i inspection app på kontaktperson. Har en kunde som ber meg å sjekke at utstyr ligger på rett kontaktperson. Så når jeg scanner QR med inspection app så må jeg inn i work å gjøre endringer hvis det står feil kontaktperson. Må kunne gå og endre det i inspection app for å lette jobbene.

Hi @ragnar, unless your user privileges is restricted, in most cases the “Contact” field in equipment is editable.

However, to help us understand your situation better, may we clarify: By “contact person/kontaktperson”, do you refer to:
a. This “Responsible” field in jobs?

b. Or this “Contact” field in equipment?

As discussed with Live Work Consult on the phone,

  • Current behavior: At the moment, we do not allow users to create a new contact in Onix Inspect. If inspectors want to select a contact for equipment in Onix Inspect, which is not yet available, they need to create a new one in Onix Work > Companies module > Contacts section of the corresponding equipment owner.
  • Product idea suggestion: To make the workflow easier, Ragnar suggested that Onix enables new contact creation feature in Onix Inspect, besides selecting the existing ones.
