Dear Onix Community,
We’ve become aware of a display issue affecting our mobile applications when font size is increased on your devices.
Issue description
When system-level font size is increased on mobile devices, our application currently scales only the text elements while maintaining the original size for UI components like buttons, boxes, and spacing. This creates a misalignment in the user interface where text may overflow containers, buttons may display incorrectly, or content may appear cut off.
Affected applications
This issue impacts all Onix mobile applications across both iOS and Android platforms. Users who have adjusted their device’s font size settings above the default are most likely to experience these display inconsistencies.
Workaround solution
We recommend temporarily reducing your device’s font size settings to default when using Onix applications. This will ensure all interface elements display correctly and provide the best possible user experience in the interim.
How to adjust font size:
- iOS: Settings > Display & Brightness > Text Size
- Android: Settings > Display > Font Size
Long-term solution
Our development team is actively working on implementing a permanent fix that will properly accommodate custom font sizes while maintaining the integrity of our user interface.
We understand that accessibility features like font scaling are essential for many users, and we’re committed to making our applications fully accessible to everyone. We’ll be sharing regular updates on our progress through this “Known issue” post.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this issue. Your feedback helps us build better products, and we truly appreciate your continued support of Onix.
