Storage is the space that your company uses to keep documents and pictures in Onix.
How storage is calculated
Your company’s storage volume includes:
- 10 GB of storage included with your company account
- 2 GB of extra storage for each Equipment Owner, Inspector, and Supplier license
- Any additional storage purchased by your company
The following files count toward your storage usage:
- Active documents and pictures created by your company
- Active documents created for equipment owned by your company
Check your storage usage
Administrators can check storage usage in Onix Admin > Usage overview.
The Storage chart shows your company’s storage volume, used storage, and available storage.
Reduce storage usage
To reduce storage usage, reduce the file size of images that you upload to Onix.
This includes personal signatures, company logos, and equipment pictures.
