How to check active Express users and last login date per non-member company

Hello,

I have a question regarding user management in Onix.

At the moment, I can see an icon that indicates when a user has been activated. However, I am missing more detailed insights about user activity.

Specifically, I would like to know:

  • Which users are currently active within a company

  • Whether it is possible to see if a user is actually using the system

  • The last login date and time per user

This information would help us better manage our user base and keep accounts up to date.

Is there a way to access this information in Onix? Or is this functionality available through reporting or configuration?

Thanks for reaching out!

Our Onix Work provides user’s last login date/time and account status at Settings > Users & Roles. See bellow.

Hi @daisy.phan , thanks for the quick reply. I think my message was not completely clear. I am not looking for the login times from my company colleagues. I am looking for the login attemps from the companees who use Onix Expres.

I attached a screenshot. This is what I can see when I naviagte to Bedrijven (companies) and to Contacten (Contacts).
The icon indicates if we invited the user, but nowhere I can check if they use it and how often.

We do not have such functionality for Express users at the moment. Let us now forward this product idea to our Product Managers for consideration. The team will look into this and revert to you soon.
