Hi @daisy.phan , thanks for the quick reply. I think my message was not completely clear. I am not looking for the login times from my company colleagues. I am looking for the login attemps from the companees who use Onix Expres.
I attached a screenshot. This is what I can see when I naviagte to Bedrijven (companies) and to Contacten (Contacts).
The icon indicates if we invited the user, but nowhere I can check if they use it and how often.
We do not have such functionality for Express users at the moment. Let us now forward this product idea to our Product Managers for consideration. The team will look into this and revert to you soon.
Because of GDPR rules, we cannot present detailed data like freequency or date and time of that persons usage.
But we could explore a solution where we add an indicator that let’s you know if the user has activated his/hers user after you have sent the invitation. This way you can atleast know that they have access to the express documents.
A solution is to use the icon you are mentioning above, and giving it a different color once the user has been activated or logged on. Would this be sufficient?
Thanks for letting me know. GDPR rules understood, makes sense.
I also like your solution with the color of the icon. It would maybe help that user gets some additional explinations if you hoover over it. Somethink like: Invitations shared; and if color changes: Account activated.

We’ve reviewed it and added it to our backlog for future consideration. The idea is currently in the “To Be Considered” stage. This means we see potential value and might include it in a future release.
