Is possible to include the picture of the equipment at the top of the control documentation, for example, next to the QR:
This would help to identify the equipment.

Thank you for your question. At this time, it’s unfortunately not possible to include an image of the equipment in the inspection report. The only image you can add is a “Certifying organization logo”, which is set on the form. This can be configured in settings → Forms → Inspection Report.
I will change the status of this topic to “In discussion” so that we can treat is as a new product idea. Other inspectors will be able to up-vote this idea, which will have an impact on the prioritization.

We have received another customer request about this topic. Many of our customers would appreciate having an image of the equipment in the report so they can remember which equipment it refers to.
Please, reconsider it.
