I am unable to delete a location in Onix Work, even though there is no equipment present in that location. Error message “This location is in use and cannot be deleted”.
What is the reason for this?

The error message is received when location is still used somewhere in your account, not only equipment.
For example, Location field in Job details. When a job is filed, it can no longer be deleted nor editted. Therefore, even though none of your current equipment are listed under a location, if it’s still used in past data, you wouldn’t be able to delete it.
Suggestion: Let’s set unwanted location to inactive in Onix Work > Settings > Locations > Info > Uncheck the Active box.
