Overview of Issues that need to be fixed

I would like to generate a list of issues that I can allocate to different worker users for their attention. This will make it easier for them to know exactly which issue they have to fix. This could be solved by enabling the possibility to export the Issues table to Excel in the same manner that the equipment overview can be exported. I can then give the list as a “To-do” list to each user.

Even better would be to be able to allocate each issue to a user or role (Electrical, Mechanical, Supplier) and being able to sort the issues on each user/role.

Hi @oni, seems like some of your suggestions are already available for use, so would you mind reviewing them as I present how they’re working right now?

1. Sort the issues on each user
I guess you’re referring to Onix Work > Issues module. If so, you should filter against the issue owner first, then press any column header to sort against that field.

However, if you mean sorting in the Excel list, please disregard my comment :smiley:

2. Allocate each issue to a user:
Today you can totally set a user as the issue owner. If your workers use Onix Worker (the mobile application), he/she can find an issue list that is dedicated to his assignment.

How it works:

  • On an equipment that is owned by your company, if its issue is assigned to a user, the user can open Onix Worker and use an issue view named “My issues”.
  • This “My issues” view will display all open issues that he/she is the owner.

In my example images, “Phuong Duong” user is assigned as the issue owner in Onix Work:

and then “Phuong Duong” logs in to Onix Worker, and find that issue under Issues > “My issues” view:


Regarding these remaining suggestions, I agree that they’re not possible today, so let’s wait for the thoughts of the Product members :slight_smile:
